I had a terrible boss and a terrible job and it made my life miserable and then I had an amazing boss and an amazing job and it made my life amazing and it really empowered me and I saw what the difference was and I was like I will never be that terrible boss because I never want to do business in a way that makes people's lives worse I would not be able to sleep at night so like for a lot of people they never even give it 12 months to try and get good at being like a leader most people don't get through that like swamp of it sucks you up you have to fire a ton of people you do all these things to get to the other side to learn all the lessons to then realize like anybody can do it having the under Ling reason as to why that you anchor I think is very important for me that was always just like
