so I would say that during a period of change for an organization significant change whether it be a new strategy whether it be changing direction a Marketplace change a technology change double your interaction with the people especially the people most impacted it could be the whole organization it could be some of the organization but I just say double the communication so when Co hit and I was running gym launch I started one not just leading our company huddles but doing two a week and I sent out a weekly CEO update top of- mind email plus trying to recognize more teammates on a weekly basis that I don't normally talk to just because I wanted people to constantly see the Hope in my voice because I don't want people to be scared I wanted them to hear that like day after day moment after moment I still believe in this anybody can present change confidently one time on a presentation to do that day after day moment after moment in the moments when you don't feel your best you're not prepared for presentation in front of the whole team those are the moments that people look for to see are they still confident
