How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing a strategy where you stick to your plans, even on tough days. This builds reliability and shows commitment. Create a clear, simple schedule and use reminders to keep on track. This can be as easy as writing down your daily goals each morning or using an app on your phone.
A good way of growing both personally and professionally is by focusing on serving others. Think about how your actions can help the people around you, whether they are customers, colleagues, or friends. This means sometimes putting aside personal comfort, like choosing to follow through with commitments instead of retreating to leisure activities. You can start with small acts, such as keeping a promise to yourself to complete a task or prioritizing a client's need over your own comfort.
Sacrificing a bit of personal relaxation for the greater good can be very rewarding. Start by identifying moments in your day where you can make a difference for someone else. It could be as simple as offering a helping hand or extra time to a project that benefits others.
By focusing on these small, yet meaningful changes, you implement a routine of growth and service without needing to invest a lot of time or money. Prioritizing these actions will help you find satisfaction beyond personal comfort, leading to a richer and more fulfilling journey.

I can say I'm tired I'm having a bad day I'm frustrated that doesn't mean I need to cancel something move something or do something differently than the plan I had set out to do and I think that's because I look at myself as how can I serve these people rather than like how do I serve myself in this moment cuz like serving myself in a lot of moments looks like me going home and watching Netflix that means that a lot of moments in which I would like personal Comfort I sacrifice that because I want to serve the person in front of me
