in the beginning it felt like asking for help meant I was weak and so I never want to be seen as weak have you overcome it I realized this which is asking for help makes my team better because when you ask for help the person that you ask feels great they feel really good and honored that I've asked them for help and then they gain skills by helping me that I've seen the benefits long term it makes me want to ask for help more cuz I'm like I see how this makes other people better
