you have to learn how to manage your time attention before you know how to use it to make money and so the number one thing that I see people miss and they're not putting the time into developing people to creating a succession plan to developing Talent that's already on the team instead they put all their time into well I guess they need to find new people cuz nobody has the skill if you're doing that then eventually you are the bottleneck and if you don't have high potential leaders in the pipeline you will be the bottleneck and the reason that your business cannot grow because what happens once you hit capacity and you have nobody else underneath you to give it to you stop the business stops growing and so I can guarantee you that if you trade the time oving decisions managing tasks like doing all the day-to-day for coaching your team you would save yourself loads of hours and you''ll be able to grow your company much faster
