we had a business and when we took that business on they said that all of their traffic was coming from essentially Facebook and Instagram paid ads a year and a half into our investment all of a sudden the cost of marketing started getting really high and they were not getting as many leads we're like what has changed something that we didn't know that the founder had been doing that they stopped doing because they didn't know how important it was he actually would make YouTube content and he was also the face of the business and we found out that something like 95% of buyers had watched his YouTube videos before they booked a call I don't think it matters if it's you making it if it's your company making it or what but like it's undeniable the evidence that it will make your company better one it lowers marketing costs it gets you more leads and then on the back end it increases your lifetime value
