DO THIS to make the rest easier…
Summary
- When I decided to freeze my eggs, I went in thinking it wouldn't be a big deal, but it turned out to be more challenging than I expected.
- I'm usually tough and physical pain doesn't bother me much, so I was surprised by how much this process affected me.
- Initially, I felt doubly anxious because I thought I shouldn't be feeling this way, which made it worse.
- I realized that managing my expectations from the start would have made it easier to handle the process.
- Now that I've gone through it, I know it's okay to feel uncomfortable and it's important to acknowledge that it might be harder than you think.

How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing lessons about managing expectations, especially when starting something new. Whether you're growing your business, taking on a new venture, or working on personal growth, don’t underestimate the challenges. Acknowledge that it might be harder than expected. This mindset can prevent extra stress when things don't go smoothly.
A good way of doing this is to research in advance and listen to those who've gone through similar experiences. Get a realistic view of what's ahead instead of just relying on assumptions. This will help you better prepare and manage any difficulties more calmly.
For small business owners, understand that setbacks are okay and are part of the process. Don’t be too hard on yourself if things don’t go as planned. Recognizing and accepting this will make it easier to persevere.
For entrepreneurs, start small with low-cost, high-value items. For example, when trying out a new marketing strategy, test it on a small scale first. This way, if it doesn’t work out, it won’t feel as overwhelming, and you can learn and adjust without a large investment.
For personal growth, be open about your challenges and feelings. Talking about your struggles, like I did with my egg-freezing process, can lighten the burden. You may find that many others feel the same way, and you’re not alone.
These steps are about making adjustments in how you approach obstacles and managing your mindset. By doing so, you’ll find it easier to handle difficulties and keep moving forward.
