I think that if you just bash the idea from the get-go and you have no evidence just the fact that you don't like it or it's like we have too much going on but then it can creates this contentious relationship where that person doesn't want to share their ideas with you and instead like I think it's something that has been probably the hardest thing for me to learn is to welcome it and then actually go like we're going to do this and then be like here's what it would take to do it okay I have no idea how the to do that I'm going to like research I'm going to call people I'm going to Google I'm going to do whatever I have to do and then I'm going to inform of what it would take and then nine times out of 10 we come to the same inclusion which is like probably shouldn't do that right now
