Follow The Plan
Summary
- If I'm feeling tired or not in the mood to create content, I push through it. If I give in to that excuse, it becomes harder to do it next time.
- When I start working even if I feel lousy, and still manage to perform well, I realize that my feelings don't dictate my output.
- Reviewing my performance in such situations often shows that the quality doesn't drop, contrary to how I felt during the session.
- Practicing consistency, even when it's tough, helps build resilience and prevents superstition from taking over.
- What matters is doing the work regardless of how I feel; feeling bad doesn't necessarily mean the output will be bad.
- This approach helps get what I want more consistently, building confidence in my ability to perform under varied conditions.

How To Take Action
Implementation Strategies
I would suggest implementing consistent action regardless of how you feel. When you're tired or not in the mood, push through it. Don't let feelings dictate your actions because they will create unnecessary barriers for you in the future. Here’s how to get started:
Create a Routine:
Stick to a schedule. Whether it's creating content, working on your business, or personal tasks, having a routine helps. When you commit to doing something at a set time every day, it becomes a habit.Track Performance:
After completing tasks, review your performance. Often, you'll find that the quality of your work doesn't drop just because you felt lousy. This can help build confidence and show you that your feelings don't affect your output as much as you think.Small Wins:
Celebrate small wins. Every time you push through a tough feeling and still get the job done, acknowledge it. This builds resilience and reminds you that you can perform well in any state.
Focus on Consistency:
Practicing consistency is key. It helps you maintain progress and prevents excuses from becoming habitual. Even when it's tough, keep going. Consistency builds resilience.Set Clear Goals:
Define what you want to achieve each day, week, and month. Clear goals help you stay focused. When you know what you're working towards, it’s easier to push through difficult moments.Avoid Superstitions:
Don't let one bad experience create barriers for future actions. Each session is a new opportunity. Review past successes to remind yourself that you can perform well no matter what.
Following these steps will help you achieve your desired outcomes more consistently, building both resilience and confidence along the way.

if I need to create content and I'm not feeling it or I'm feeling tired or things like that the more times I give into that excuse or that feeling the more superstitious I become about doing it in the future whereas a lot of times if I can just start when I am tired or when something is painful and then still execute about the same as before I look at game tape or I look at video or I look at the content from those sessions for example and I see that I remember feeling terrible during the session but you can't really Loop separate required to get what you want the more times you get what you want
