GRWM
Summary
- I have a busy schedule today with meetings for five hours, an hour break, and then a cocktail mixer for a workshop, so I'm taking it slow this morning.
- Normally, I have a 10-minute makeup routine, but for events where everyone is dressed up, I put in more effort to set an example for my team.
- I've started to care less about appearances and focus more on important things like being there for my team, my husband, friends, and family.
- I find joy and fulfillment in building a company and a strong team rather than worrying about things like perfecting my eye shadow.

How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing the idea of setting priorities that matter most, like focusing less on appearances and more on important relationships and team-building. For entrepreneurs or anyone seeking personal growth, prioritize meaningful connections over superficial concerns. Spend time with family, friends, and team members, as they are key to both personal happiness and professional success.
A good way of doing this is by simplifying daily routines to save time for important activities. For example, develop a quick morning routine, allowing you to focus your energy on the things that truly matter. This not only sets a great example for your team but also helps you manage your day effectively.
Consider taking a slower approach when starting your day if the schedule allows. This can help avoid burnout and maintain a healthy work-life balance. By deliberately allocating time for relaxation and personal connections, you ensure sustainable personal and professional growth.
I recommend you remember to lead by example. If you have a team, they will appreciate seeing you prioritize what's truly important, which encourages them to do the same. By focusing on building a strong company and team rather than stressing over small details, you create an environment where everyone understands and aligns with the core values that contribute to long-term success.
