How To Take Action
A good way of doing things is to start simple. If you've got shoulder pain from sitting at your desk too much, let's fix that in a few easy steps. First, you want to change your desk height. Make it low enough so your hands are like they're resting on your thighs. This means no more holding your shoulders up and getting all tight.
Next, let's ditch the armrests on your chair. Without them, you can scoot right up to the desk and keep yourself in a chill position. This way, you can work without turning into a knot.
Here's what you need to remember:
Adjust Your Desk: Lower that desk to a comfortable height, keeping hands at thigh level.
Chair Tweaks: Take off those armrests! It helps you get closer to your desk and stay relaxed.
Posture Check: Keep checking in with your body. No tensing up, keep it loose.
By doing these things, you can keep working without turning into a big ball of shoulder pain. Give it a try and feel the difference. No need for fancy stuff or big changes. It's the small stuff that can make a big difference for your shoulders. And remember, if something doesn't work, just try tweaking it until it feels right for you. Good luck!

like a lot because I'd sit at my desk all day and so I did all these different PT exercises and none of them worked and what I figured out was all I had to do is lower my desk to where my hands would already be whereas if I spend 4 hours of my day like this basically I'm in this little tense position for hours and hours and so just putting it that's why I don't have armrests on this chair is so that I can basically get this as low as humidly possible so it's just like sitting on my thighs and then I can work so little life hack for you for anybody who has shoulder pain
