we have never fired someone else who's way smarter than us you're not going to be able to avoid that but you will avoid growing your business if you don't try and get good people you're going to feel uncomfortable because you're going to feel like do they think I'm stupid am I stupid I feel like I'm giving up control of my bu like if they know more than me then they're going to like take over I've never had that happen like a full hostile take over smarter people know how to manipulate they do they know how to like you know pass to you and read you and all that stuff but you will become better in order to beat them don't be scared because like the moment that you start these people you're going to start noticing picking up and you will get smart like I I promise you the longer you wait the harder will be and the more you will pay in cost in time and money so do it now
