How To Take Action
I would suggest looking at that bad feeling you get as just a signal, not a stop sign. When you feel bad, don't freeze up or hide. Keep moving towards your goals. Think about it like lifting weights. When it's hard, it means you're getting stronger.
A good way of dealing with discomfort is to do something small right away. Let's say you're scared to talk to new people. Start by just saying 'hi' to one person. That's it. Get comfortable with that tiny step. Then take another. Before you know it, you'll be chatting with lots of people.
I understand that fighting discomfort is like being stuck in the mud. The harder you fight, the deeper you sink. Instead, when you feel stuck or scared, do a little thing that helps your goal, even if it's uncomfortable. This way, you grow bit by bit. Remember, it's called "growing pains" for a reason.
So, next time you feel a bit off, remind yourself that it's part of the journey to where you want to be. Write down how you feel and then write one action you'll take despite that feeling. Doing this can help you see discomfort as a step on the path to success, not a wall blocking it. Keep going, and watch those little steps add up to big gains!

you can feel bad and do nothing about it the fact that I feel terrible is an emotion which has nothing to do with the actions that I'm choosing to take because every action that I would take as a result of feeling this discomfort is only going to lead me further away from my goal or cause me to act in a way that's not conducive to what I want and often times when we go to New Growth levels there is discomfort that's why it's called Growing Pains not growing gains and so you actually grow more slowly trying to combat your discomfort rather than accepting it for what it is as a requisite for the success that you want to have
