How I Changed An Entire Industry
Summary
- If you're starting a business, don't claim you'll change an entire industry from day one; it can seem unrealistic.
- Begin with small, believable goals and gradually work towards a larger vision.
- As you gather evidence that your goals are achievable, you can start to think bigger.
- Set a vision for the next three years that's realistic and attainable so people can believe in it.
- Without evidence to support your vision, it's difficult to attract talented individuals to join your team.

How To Take Action
I would suggest starting with small goals that make sense for where you are right now. Like, if you're opening a new shop, think about setting a goal to have a certain number of happy customers each week, instead of trying to be the biggest shop in the city right away.
As you meet your goals, you can start to aim a bit higher. It's like building a tower of blocks. You can't put the big blocks on top until you've got a strong base of little blocks first. So, get some wins under your belt and then you can plan bigger goals for like, maybe three years later.
It's also super important to make sure your big dream for the future is something that people can really see happening. If your goal is too huge and there's nothing to show it's possible, it might be hard to make people believe in it. That includes getting awesome people to work with you.
So, to sum it up, start with goals that you can really hit, then take steps towards bigger ones as you go. Always keep your big dream in mind, but make sure it's something that feels real and doable. Then, as you keep hitting your goals, and things are looking good, that's when you can start talking about changing the whole game. This way, you'll get the right people excited to join your team and help you make your dream a reality.

I don't think that if I had started gym launch and said like I'm going to build a company that's going to change the entire industry if I had said that on day one and where it's like me Alex and an assistant I feel like people would have been this L's cracked out you know what I mean like and so instead what I did over time was I inched my way towards that greater Vision as I realized that there was more evidence to support that it was possible like what's a great vision for 3 years from now Candace that is something that's close enough that people can see it and they can believe that it could happen and if there not evidence to support it it's hard to recruit talent to help
