How I Create Frameworks…

Summary

  • When creating multiple YouTube videos or tweets, I realized that after many repetitions, a pattern begins to emerge.
  • The key is to follow a proven process that works, tweaking it over time.
  • We focused on making our videos more captivating and discovered three essential steps.
  • Initially, there were six potential steps, but through analysis, only three consistently showed up in our best videos.
  • It’s crucial to find common factors that lead to success rather than trying to consider every possible factor.
  • By refining our approach using data, we can create a reliable framework for producing engaging content.

How To Take Action

I would suggest implementing a consistent process for whatever content or service you’re working on. Start by creating multiple instances of your work, whether it’s videos, tweets, or even customer interactions.

A good way of doing this is to track what elements are present in your most successful pieces. Begin with a broad approach – list all possible factors that might contribute to success. For example, list six to eight things that could make your video captivating or your tweet engaging.

Next, identify which elements consistently show up in your best-performing pieces. You might notice that out of the initial list, maybe only three consistently drive the best results. Focus on these patterns and fine-tune them.

In your business or personal growth, analyze your past work. Look for patterns in what succeeded. Strip away the elements that didn’t consistently contribute to success. This way, you build a reliable framework tailored to what works best for you without wasting time on unnecessary details.

Finally, make adjustments based on real-world data. Continuously monitor results and be ready to tweak your process. Over time, this iterative approach helps you refine and perfect your strategies, making your efforts more efficient and effective without significant financial or time investment.

By concentrating on common success factors and refining them through continuous analysis, you’ll develop a streamlined, more effective approach to achieving your goals.
