he's like I don't know how to get my point across more in this call so we watched the video of him giving critique to his direct report and I was like your tonality is off when ilila has a serious conversation I lean in the second thing is that I slow down and the third thing is that my voice goes lower like this and so we literally had him take the exact same script cuz we had scripted out the conversation and say it with those three instructions and then he rehad the conversation and then the person was like oh I'm [ __ ] up
