meetings are just communication right and so is the best way to communicate something verbally in a group a lot of times no I will ask for feedback in private but I will present in public right so I will present an idea to my team and then I will ask that they submit and I will give them a way to submit me feedback in private because then I actually get what they really think and the likelihood that they're going to have their best thoughts like in the moment when we have like seven other things going on that day is love so it gives people time to think about it they give me their authentic feedack back the byproduct of that is that meetings can also be shorter and more efficient
