changing your life is the true self-care if you cared for yourself you would discipline yourself so that you would be able to create the future that you wanted which would create a life that you didn't need to escape from but most people don't do that and therefore self-care becomes removal of a punishment which is their life and when I look at the best things that I've ever done for myself to create a true life that is Perpetual self-care it is constantly been sacrificing my comfort in the moment for a functional life that achieves the goals that I want
