How To Take Action

I would suggest putting a reminder on your phone or computer calendar to say thanks or great job to people who help you. Try to make it a daily habit. If you're not used to doing it, the reminder will help until it feels normal. This is because it's easy to forget to show you see how hard others are working. When people feel seen and valued, they're happier and less likely to get too stressed or tired.

A good way of doing this is to be on the lookout for small things your team does well and then telling them you noticed. It can be anything, like finishing a task quickly or having a good idea. This doesn't cost money or take much time but means a lot to people.

To keep everyone feeling good at work, always use "thank you" and "good job" a lot. This helps make a happy place where people like to work. Try it for a while, and you'll see how much it changes things. It will help keep everyone feeling strong and ready to work hard.

Remember, showing you are thankful is a big tool. It stops people from feeling unimportant and too tired. So, use your calendar to remind you to say thanks and let people know you see what they're doing. Let's make sure nobody feels forgotten or burned out.

I still have on my calendar like a little reminder that says praise SL thank you I have it on my calendar today and it's just a reminder to reach out to people give them a little shout out for anything they did or say thank you for something someone did recently for me if you feel like you're not good at that you have to remind yourself until it becomes second nature you can get so caught up in the day-to-day that you just forget that there's a lot of people that are probably doing things that haven't gotten recognition in a long time that's why a lot of people end up getting burned out and so I think that gratitude is a huge tool to prevent people from feeling that way
