I’m Not Ahead of the Curve?

Summary

  • It's crucial to focus on creating a great product that people want to buy; the latest cutting-edge marketing tactics are less important in comparison.
  • If a business's success relies solely on knowing the newest Facebook ad strategy, it's not a sustainable business but rather an arbitrage opportunity.
  • Initially, I believed capitalizing on marketing trends was the key to making money, but I've learned the real value is in developing a solid product and earning customer trust.
  • Building a profitable business is not just about making money quickly; it's about creating a quality product and a reputable brand.
  • Marketing strategies like Facebook and Instagram ads are useful, but they should be seen as tools to amplify success, not the foundation of it.

How To Take Action

I would suggest focusing on making a great product that people really want. This is the most important thing for a small business. If you make something good, people will want to buy it.

Make sure your product is the best it can be. This means taking the time to understand what your customers need and want. Then, work hard to create a product that meets those needs.

It's also important to earn your customers' trust. This means being honest with them, giving them good service, and keeping your promises. Building trust takes time, but it's worth it.

Remember, fancy marketing tricks are not the most important thing. They can help you sell more, but they won't keep your business strong on their own. Instead, think of things like Facebook and Instagram ads as helpers that make your good product known to more people.

So, to sum it up, here's what you should do:

  • Put your energy into making your product the best it can be.
  • Listen to your customers and make changes to your product based on their feedback.
  • Build a brand that people can trust. Always tell the truth and be there for your customers.
  • Use marketing to share your great product with more people, but don't depend only on ads to keep your business going.

Doing these things will help make sure your business is strong and can keep going for a long time, even if marketing trends change.
