more people are either like too humble like insecure or they're like arrogant like me naturally incredibly insecure never good enough right I recognize that and then I asked for feedback from other people and so then using that feedback that's kind of how I've guided my behavior so I'll give you an example my friend told me that he had a coach that had him asked this question which was what's the one thing that's holding me back from getting everything I want in life I don't ask people that and it confirmed what I think I already knew because every single person said the same thing to me you are so insecure that you don't take risks and you don't take opportunities that you're capable of seizing because you doubt yourself too much but you're incredibly capable it's just massive insecurity and I was like well one that's embarrassing that it's that obvious who wants to follow somebody that's a leader like that and so for me then I was like wow now I'm aware and now I can work on I don't want to be arrogant but I want to show up confident
