when I was doing catering I made cookies I made the first batch and they were dry so I added like a little bit more butter and I cooked them like 4 minutes less and this went off she literally grabs the cookies and she was like what is this and she just starts breaking them in the little I'll never forget into little crisps all of them and just she was like what this she was like you just wasted 250 cookies worth of Dough because you didn't follow my instructions I looked at her and I was like your instructions suck the cookie were dry who wants dry cookies when people are like oh my employees suck I'm like do they suck or do the instructions that you gave them suck
