there's rarely a silver bullet it's usually like a hundred tiny things so like with school for example the amount of things that we do to increase activation for users it's not one thing and often times and this is a big one for everybody who's listening a lot of times it's from removing features it's there's too much people are overwhelmed because fundamentally most people only use a product to do one or two things and so we want to make sure that nothing distracts from them getting the core value that we're trying to deliver and that's going to be the stuff that you have to read between the lines because a lot of times they're not even going to know why they're not using it they're just like ah it just and like whatever they say right after it's like it was it was just it just didn't work with my whatever or like it didn't s with my calendar so I didn't use it like all the tiny little things and I'll tell you this from Building Products
