Measuring Success as a Woman
Summary
- Having a successful business isn't everything; maintaining a healthy lifestyle, self-esteem, and a strong marriage are equally important to me.
- Focusing solely on business can lead to neglect in other aspects of life, which isn't an option for me.
- Societal expectations often allow men to prioritize wealth over other facets of success, which isn't something I agree with or follow.
- Trying to achieve success in business without sacrificing my health, appearance, or personal relationships is a significant challenge.
- It's critical for me to learn how to balance all my priorities effectively, not choosing one over the other but ensuring each is given its due importance.

How To Take Action
A good way of doing better in business and keeping a happy life is to make a plan that balances work, health, and family. Here's how to do it:
- First, check what you need to work on. Do you need more time for family or health?
- Every week, make time to relax and be with family. Family game night or a picnic in the park are fun ideas.
- Take care of your health. Even on busy days, find ways to be active for a few minutes. Try dancing to your favorite song!
- A healthy you is important for a healthy business. Pick good food that gives you energy.
- Don't forget about the way you look. When you feel good in your clothes, you can feel more confident.
Remember, you don't have to be perfect. Just try to get better every day.
