Millionaire vs. Millionaire CEO – What’s the difference?

Summary

  • To become a millionaire, you simply need to understand how to make money, which can be done in many ways and doesn't necessarily require being a great person.
  • However, to become a millionaire CEO, two key traits are necessary: industriousness and enthusiasm.
  • Industriousness means being able to work hard and engage in meaningful work consistently without excessive rest.
  • Enthusiasm is crucial because without it, even if you grind all the time, it's hard to inspire others to want to work with you, leading to high burnout rates.
  • Combining industriousness with enthusiasm can help create a successful millionaire CEO.
  • Being a millionaire vs. a millionaire CEO differs in individual responsibility versus being responsible for others.
  • To be a millionaire CEO, you need to care about aligning your goals with those of your team and be aware of their goals too, showing genuine concern and leadership.
  • Choosing to be a millionaire or a millionaire CEO depends on personal preferences and goals; both are valid, but they require different approaches and mindsets.

How To Take Action

I would suggest starting by identifying whether you aim to be a millionaire or a millionaire CEO because it shapes your approach. If you aim to be a CEO, you must be ready to take responsibility not only for yourself but also for your team.

First, focus on industriousness. That means working effectively and consistently. You can begin by setting clear work goals for each day and ensuring you meet them without overloading yourself. Remember, it's not about working all the time; it's about working smart.

Combine industriousness with enthusiasm. This means putting passion into your work and showing your team that you're excited about what you do. You could start by sharing your vision with your team and celebrating small wins together. Keeping up team morale is important and can be done through regular positive feedback and listening to their ideas.

Also, be genuinely interested in your team's goals. Try having one-on-one meetings where you ask about their goals and how you can support them. This shows you care and helps align their goals with the company’s direction.

Finally, constantly assess if your actions bring you closer to being a millionaire or a millionaire CEO. Reflect on how you handle responsibilities and lead others. The path you choose is up to you, but both require dedication and the right mindset. Always be ready to learn and adapt because leadership is a continuous journey.

i think there's a difference between becoming a millionaire and becoming a millionaire ceo so i'd say if you want to become a millionaire then you just need to understand how to make money and there's a lot of ways to make money and honestly you don't need to be a great person to do that i think that it's kind of bs that people are like you have to have these qualities and once you become the person worthy of a million dollars you can have a million dollars like no you could have a million dollars you know selling drugs on the street like honestly but to become a millionaire ceo i think that you have to have some basics in place which are um i would say two that come to mind um are industriousness and enthusiasm so if you think about a ceo they have to be able to work hard and not not just put it in the hours but actually get into the workflow right they have to be able to do meaningful work on a consistent basis without needing to get too much rest that's totally fine but in order to be a millionaire ceo i think you do need that trait the other side of that is enthusiasm which is if you're working grinding all the time but you're not enthusiastic at all it's really hard to get people to want to work with you people will and there is a likely chance that you can make it to a million dollars in terms of revenue but people aren't going to want to stay there because they're going to get burnt out burnt out feeling right which is like they feel like they're working working but it's all drudgery and there's no excitement there's no enthusiasm there's no passion behind it so i think if you can have industriousness and enthusiasm then that can create somebody who can become a millionaire ceo now in order to get to the next levels i think there's a lot more you have to add on but i would say those are like the two essential skills that have to get stacked together why could somebody who makes a million not become a millionaire ceo because in one scenario you're responsible for yourself and another scenario responsible for others and so i think a lot of people can make a million dollars just looking out for themselves and just thinking about themselves and doing something that's more of like a high level individual contributor uh type work versus if you want to be a millionaire ceo you typically are responsible for other people it means you have to align their goals with yours which means you have to actually be cognizant of what their goals are which means you have to give a and i think a lot of people don't give a and that's okay just don't be a ceo right and i think a lot of people actually go about to have a business because they want to make money not thinking oh i'm also the ceo of this business which is a completely needed role and that's a completely different thing than making money in isolation so i think um there's nothing wrong with either of them they're both great it's just like you have to know what you want for yourself what's up guys thank you so much for watching my video and this channel i want to go ahead and encourage you to subscribe so you can find out when i have new videos that are releasing and if you really really like the videos go ahead and share with somebody else you know alright thanks and we'll see you on the next one
