My 4 Periods of Crazy Growth
Summary
- In my experience as a business owner, I've had four periods of tremendous growth.
- In these periods, I made two to three times the cost to acquire and deliver for two customers in the first 30 days.
- If I pay to get a customer who provides cash to cover their service and the next customer's service, my business grows without cash constraints.
- Once cash isn't a constraint, I can increase advertising until another part of the business needs attention.

How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing a strategy focused on customer acquisition and cash flow. Start by figuring out the cost to acquire and serve one customer. This includes marketing, product/service delivery, and any other associated costs. Once you know these numbers, aim to make two to three times that amount from each customer within the first 30 days.
A good way of doing this is by offering appealing packages or bundles that provide more value upfront. This helps you get enough cash from each new customer to not only cover their costs but also fund acquiring and serving the next customer.
After you've ensured you are pulling in more cash from each customer than it costs you, you can start scaling your advertising. The goal here is to increase your customer base without worrying about cash flow. When cash isn't a constraint, you can ramp up your marketing efforts until you reach a point where another part of your business needs attention.
Keep a close eye on other parts of your business, like product delivery, customer service, or inventory management. As you scale, these areas might need adjustments. Address any new bottlenecks as they come up to maintain smooth operations.
By focusing on these strategies, you can get high returns with minimal initial investment and time. This approach allows for steady growth and helps you scale efficiently.

throughout my history as a business owner I've had four periods where I had tremendous growth and in each of those periods it's where I was making more than two to three times what it cost me to both acquire and deliver for two customers in the first 30 days and so what that means is if I pay to get a customer and then that customer comes pre-loaded with the cash to deliver for him and get another customer and deliver to that customer then cash no longer is a constraint in the business which means that I can pretty much just crank the advertising until something else breaks in my business
