just got to execute and the thing is you're going to learn more by doing than you're going to learn by worrying and like worrying like what if that's the wrong thing like take a risk take some risks like be like I'm going to go into a season of taking a few risks on like that make me feel a little uncomfortable and it's okay if you up it's okay like nobody's going to sit there and be like oh my God you up like it's just you beating yourself up and you know what you'll be fine you'll get over it so don't be hard on yourself just go into it do what you know you need to do and you're going to do great I appreciate coming and coming all the way from over there and the chocolate now my waistline does not thank you though do you feel clear after start
