How To Take Action
I would suggest being open with others when you're feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes, you might be facing a problem and feel very alone, like when I had a panic attack after many years. It can make you feel like you should hide it, but hiding it doesn't help. Find someone close to you and tell them what's happening.
A good way of doing this is by choosing someone you trust and simply starting the conversation. Share how you're feeling and what's troubling you. They might have been through the same thing or something similar and have ways to handle it.
Remember, by keeping your problems to yourself, you miss the chance to learn from others. People around you can't offer their knowledge or support if they don't know what you're going through.
Lastly, make it a habit to check in with yourself. If you're not feeling like yourself, think about reaching out. You could be surprised by just how much the people in your life want to help. And their advice could be exactly what you need to overcome your own challenges. Sharing isn't just about opening up; it's also about giving others the chance to support you when you need it the most.
