How To Take Action

I would suggest that we start by recognizing our tough times. It's normal to feel embarrassed when things don't go as planned, like if you move from a nice place to a motel. It's step one to getting better.

Next step, take care of yourself! Even if you're busy or feeling down, do small things for self-care. It can be a short walk, making sure you eat well, or just taking a few minutes to breathe and relax. You don't need a lot of time or money, just the commitment to do it regularly.

Remember, you're not alone. Feeling lonely when starting something new, like a business, happens to many people. It's okay to admit that it's hard. So, talk about your struggles with friends or family. Sharing your feelings can lighten your load and maybe they have gone through something similar and can give advice.

Finally, don't hide from your feelings. If you need to, cry it out in the shower. It's part of the journey. Facing your hardships will make you stronger in the end.

So, here's what you do:

  1. Recognize and accept your feelings of embarrassment or shame.
  2. Commit to regular self-care with easy things like walks or healthy food.
  3. Talk to someone about what you're going through. Don't keep it all inside.
  4. Let out your emotions when you need to, like crying in privacy if it helps.

By doing these things, you're taking care of your well-being, which is super important when handling life's unexpected turns.
