if you want a job that you can just leave at the end of the day and you never have to think about then don't work here when I hire people that are like I want to grow and I'm like all right well that comes at a cost which is nobody's here to hold your hand if you don't keep up with the rest of the team it's not even just me that is looking at you to see can you rise the next level it's everyone else around you so you'll get like pushed out by the team not me work life balance probably doesn't exist because if there's one person for a function and I have a team of 50 people like and it's going to take more from you than the job that you had in the past you need that kind of discretionary effort and so I say it's like the will and the skill do they have the will meaning the motivation are they hungry and then do they have the skill this is much easier to train I'm not in the business of training will if somebody doesn't come in here motivated
