How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing the practice of self-acceptance. Accept that not everything you do has to be perfect. It's okay if your work isn't your best every time. This mindset helps you improve without unnecessary stress. Remind yourself that each experience is a chance to learn and grow.
A good way of improving is by competing with yourself. Focus on making your current work better than what you've done before. Set personal goals and measure your progress against your past performance. This keeps you motivated and helps you track your growth.
It's important to ignore what others are doing. Concentrate on your journey, not theirs. When you stop comparing yourself to others, you can focus your energy on your development. This helps you become more confident and determined.
Acknowledging areas where you can do better is key. Use this awareness to fuel your desire to improve. Aim to be a better version of yourself each day. This consistent self-evaluation leads to personal growth and satisfaction.
These practices don't require much time or money but offer great value. By focusing on self-improvement and personal benchmarks, you set yourself on a path of continuous growth and fulfillment.

I don't ever hate myself for not doing anything perfectly I just can acknowledge that it wasn't my best work and I don't think there's anything wrong with that and I think that's how you get better whether it be me comparing myself to past work that I've done or future work I've done you know I'm fiercely competitive with myself you know I ignore everybody else I don't look at what anybody else is doing I just pay attention to what I'm doing and if I know I could do better and I have or I could in the future then I want to just because you know the reason I do this is because I want to grow as a person
