How To Take Action
I would suggest picking someone who's okay with change, just like you, if you're looking to grow in life or business. You might not be the same person you were last year, and that's okay. Choosing someone, like a partner or a teammate, who changes and grows with you is really important. If you face tough stuff together, you both learn new things and can support each other.
So, here's what you can do:
- When you meet someone new, talk about how you've changed over time. This can be a friend, a business partner, or anyone else. See if they're okay with change too.
- Try doing tough things together. It can be a project that's a bit difficult or learning something new. This helps you both get better and stronger.
- Remember, hard times can help you grow. If something's tough, don't give up. Work through it and you'll build a stronger relationship or team.
Changing together helps a lot, especially when you're starting a small business or just wanting to be better in life. It's not about the money or time; it's about growing with the people around you. When you're with someone who gets it, the hard times feel a bit easier, and you can both end up going far together.
