sales is really boring if you do it every day it's the same conversation over and over and over again right and if you get really good at it it gets even more boring cuz you can do it in your sleep when I talk to our sales guys who've been doing it for a year two years 3 years Etc they're like dude I'm just kind of getting bored what I tell them is learning how to not get bored is a skill the ability to do the same thing and enjoy the art of the fact that there is repetition do more of the thing that you're making money with and then if you like building take the other time you have in your life and build stuff on the side if you want the way you eat and the way you build don't necessarily need to be the same thing my books don't make any Financial sense for me I just like writing my dad always used to say this don't follow your piones cuz if you did I'd be a bartender on a ski slope do something that's useful to other people they want to pay you for it and then you can take that time and take that money and then you can spend the rest of your time doing whatever you want
