How To Take Action

I suggest starting by redefining your reason to get out of bed every morning. Find a compelling purpose that ignites excitement and determination. Write down your reasons and keep them visible. This small step can transform how you approach each day.

A good way to handle challenges is by changing your perspective on suffering — instead of avoiding it, embrace it as part of the journey towards achieving something meaningful. Reflect on what you truly want to work for, something worth enduring tough times.

Reflect on your dreams and aspirations. Consider what risks you might be avoiding out of fear. Instead of fearing failure, think of the regret you might feel if you don’t pursue what you love. Create a minimal viable action plan today to start small but measurable steps toward your dream. Taking even a single step each day will keep your ambition alive.

Remember the inevitability of life's end. Use this reality as motivation to ensure your dreams aren’t buried with you. Make a habit of weekly reflection to assess if you are moving towards your dreams and adjust your actions accordingly. Keep pushing, knowing that the effort and risks are for a purpose much greater than immediate comfort. By doing so, you'll live with fewer regrets and more fulfillment.

when I was in the early days of the gym and I had to wake up at 4:00 a.m. and I was going to sleep at 11: and it would go on for weeks on end I would have to tell myself you don't need more sleep you just need a better reason to get out of bed and so I think the point isn't to avoid suffering it's to find something worth suffering for because no one gets to the end of their life and says I wish IID played it safe you're going to die and I think it's just about how hard you're willing to fight to not let your dreams die with you
