How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing the following strategies to grow your small business or personal brand efficiently. Focus on creating content that shows your business in a positive, relatable light. Here’s how you can do that:
Start Small with Content Creation: If you aren’t already making content, start with one piece per week. This could be a short video or a few pictures that highlight different aspects of your business. This low-effort step keeps you active online and visible to potential customers.
Showcase Your Space and Equipment: Make content that highlights your facility and equipment. Show people how cool and convenient your place is. A simple tour or demonstration video can make a big impact.
Highlight Your Friendliness and Approachability: Use content to show that you and your team are friendly and approachable. A quick video introducing your staff or explaining what makes your business special can help build trust.
Stay Consistent: Posting content regularly, even if it’s only once a week, makes sure your business looks active and engaged. This consistency can lead to a high return on investment.
Use Content for Conversion: Remember that the goal of your content is to convert potential customers. When someone visits your page, your content should help them decide to move forward with your product or service. Make sure you present yourself as legit and nice.
These steps are easy to start, require minimal time, and can have a big impact on your business’s growth. Keep it simple, stay consistent, and focus on showing the best parts of your business.

I personally believe that for local businesses the purpose of content is not to get customers it is to convert a higher percentage of customers and so I see the purpose of making content as a local business owner as something that when you do reach out or if someone does get referred to you or you do run an ad people click over to your page and they see if you're legit or if you look friendly you look nice they look at the equipment they look at the facility say oh this place looks cool oh it's right by where I live or it's right on my way to work and then they make a decision to move forward so if you're currently making zero content super Light Lift make some like one a week so you just look like you have a heartbeat online really high Roi for like one piece a week
