employers aren't going to tell you right now your resume because what I do personally is I to look at your resume first when you apply to work for me I look at your LinkedIn I look at your Twitter I look at your Facebook I look at your Instagram I do that before I do the resume you got to invest in content even as an employee how you represent yourself online that's where people are looking to see should I have this personal work for me or not same as like a website for a business it's like websites are like 2,000 now when they see a business when you hear about a business what do you do you probably go look at it on Instagram you on Twitter you go on LinkedIn you go on Facebook and then if you like what you see you put it into Google or you go to their website the same goes for talent you look at all the social profiles if you like what you see then you go back to the resume
