I've had a rough couple two weeks it's just been like a lot of stress at work some personal things going on and I've just felt incredibly overwhelmed but I look at that and I'm like well what can I do to take advantage of this there's certain things that require more energy which stress is energy what are those things and could I do them now because I'm feeling stressed and when I do that then I'm like wow I feel better I feel like I'm at least putting it to use and back then instead what I would do is I would say I don't want to feel this anymore what's the difference now versus then it's how do I respond to my emotions back then I just spent all this time avoiding them burying them and being at ODS with them and now I think I'm much more at peace with them
