How To Take Action

I would suggest starting by taking a close look at your current projects. If you've got something that's already successful, focus on making it even better, rather than jumping into new things. This way, you keep your energy and time on what’s already working.

Next, practice saying no to new ideas that pop up. It's really tempting to start new projects, but if you're already busy with something good, it’s important to stay focused. Keep a list of these ideas for later, though. When the time is right, and you've got your main thing running smoothly, check out that list again.

Then, set some clear goals for yourself. This helps you stick to your plan and not get distracted. Write down what you want to achieve with your current project, and look back at it when you feel like you're losing track. It’s like a map that keeps you on the right path.

Another good idea is to get a friend or a mentor to check in with you. They can help you see if you're keeping up with your goals or if you're starting to slip. It's like having a coach who encourages you to do your best.

Lastly, if you ever feel overwhelmed, take a deep breath and remember why you started your business in the first place. This can help you find your self-control again and get back to the work that matters most.

By keeping your focus and having good self-control, you can keep your success growing without getting too stressed or busy. Just remember, it's about doing a few things well, not a lot of things all at once.

I have a friend they had a great skill of not just being a great marketer or a great CEO but having both of those together I expected that person to beat us I thought that they would be more successful than us at many times but what I saw is that though he had all of these skills he lacked the character trait of self-control that then derailed him from his long-term goal he had a really successful business and rather than doubling down on that business he actually ended up starting four other businesses within the span of 18 months he ended up saying like it I'm over it because he was so over welmed the overwhelm was created by things that he could have controlled
