I think a lot of people that are very successful that run businesses I would say actually lack a skill which is they don't know when to stop a lot of people don't and I think some of the best CEOs that we've had they didn't know when enough was enough and so they were incredibly persistent like charging in a wall like a bull and I think over time that can be tempered but I'd rather have the guy who charges at the wall like a bull than the guy who like never charges at all and I think you can work on learning when to stop
