The Difference Between Small & Big Businesses
Summary
- The key to growing a big business is consistency. Many people put in hard work for a short time and then stop.
- You have to maintain high effort over a long period. Keep working hard; that’s how you sustain a business.
- Think about sustaining your efforts. If your input generated $50,000, find a way to keep that input going.
- Delegate tasks: Have someone else take on two-thirds of your workload so the same amount of input continues.
- My team often does more work than many of you, but I probably do less because I delegate effectively.
- Many of you struggle because you're trying to do the work of four people on your own. Of course, you can’t sustain that.

How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing these low-cost, high-value strategies for growing your business or improving personally:
Be Consistent: Consistency is key. Stick with your efforts long-term. If you work hard and then stop, your growth stops too. Find ways to keep up your high energy and effort every day.
Sustain Your Input: If you put in effort that generated $50,000, think about how to sustain that. It’s not about a one-time push but maintaining that level of hard work. Find ways to streamline your processes so you can keep going without burning out.
Delegate Effectively: Learn to delegate tasks. You don't need to do everything yourself. For example, if you’re handling ten tasks, delegate two-thirds to others. This frees up your time and keeps the business running efficiently. Get help from team members or use freelancers for specific tasks.
Avoid Burnout: Many struggle because they try to do everything on their own. Understand that you can't sustain handling the workload of multiple people by yourself. Prioritize what only you can do and outsource the rest. This way, you’ll keep your energy levels high and your business running smoothly.
Build a Strong Team: Invest time in hiring the right people who can take over important tasks. A strong team can keep the same level of input going, even without your direct involvement in every small detail. Look for team members who have skills that complement yours.
By focusing on these strategies, you’ll be able to maintain high performance, delegate effectively, and ensure that your growth continues steadily. Keep pushing and don't let the initial excitement fade away. Consistency and smart delegation will help you achieve long-term success.

the thing that separates the really big business owners from small business owners is consistency a lot of people just like blow their workload and then they're like okay I'm done now it's like bro like that effort is how you do business for an extended period of time like you work that hard and then you just don't stop working I also think that what people don't do is they they gas themselves but they don't think how can I keep this input continued so it's like if this input created $50,000 in Mr can I have somebody else take off 2third of the things on my plate and then we still have that same input like my team still does more input than most of yall do but I probably do less than you do and a lot of you guys don't get to that second step you just say I can't do this forever and of course you can't because you're doing four people's work
