often times when there's low accountability on a team there's lots of complaining why is there complaining because there's finger pointing because people also don't know where they stand performance-wise they don't know if they're doing well if they're not doing well and so then they point at other people and say oh you suck you're the reason that this isn't going well you're the reason and people start to bicker and fight the second is that you might feel like you resent your team a lot of leaders that I have interviewed or talked to over the years will come to me and say my team just sucks I'm just sick of it I feel like I'm carrying everybody on my back and I'm like well listen that's not because you're stronger than everybody else that's because you don't know how to teach your team to carry the same on their backs that you carry on yours which is accountability
