if this is why your business is not at 10 or 15 million get a sales manager the job of the person is to make you more money you need to get a person in who can be like listen I'm going to get you out let me come in let me actually build this out for you you have too many other things going on and if you've been trying to do it for that many years like just let them leap crog you so if they don't do their job then they won't be there anyways and then you won't have to pay it so I don't see that there's no loss in that at all
