How To Take Action

To make sure you're growing and headed toward your big goals, like that huge $10 billion acquisition, I would suggest breaking it down into smaller, easy-to-hit targets. These smaller goals will be your stepping stones to the big one.

First, start measuring your progress. Use a simple tracking sheet or app to note down your wins, no matter how small. This will help you see that you are moving forward.

For example, if your goal is to grow your business, you could measure how many new customers you get each week. Celebrate every new customer—it's a win! This will give you a boost and make you want to keep going.

It's super important to have a report, like a little journal or a note on your phone, where you write down what's going well. Do this regularly—it could be every day or once a week. This way, you can see if you're on the right track. If you're not, don't worry! Just use the info to change things up so you can do better.

Remember, reaching a goal is like a journey. You need to know you're going the right way. So, if your big dream feels too far away, make sure to have smaller checkpoints. This will keep your spirits up and make sure you keep moving forward step by step. It's like a game where you pass levels to reach the end—each level you pass is a reason to celebrate!
