any leader has a combination of leadership ability and in some way they're an individual contributor and so it's like which one are you indexing on at any given point in time kind of and like the moment that I went and started making a brand for myself and started learning how to run the marketing and all those things that's an individual contributor skill but what I like love doing and what like lights me up is building a team and teaching other people to build teams and honestly just building leaders like that's that's what I love doing so I would like to do both but I look at it in Seasons which is like what's my next season need to be what's the business need out of me
