the best leaders I know who are the most experienced ask for the most help I sent a message to my team yesterday and I said can you guys give me feedback like is there anywhere that I'm holding on too tight or I've let go of too quickly I ask them for feedback all the time because I look at it as like the more feedback I get from everyone around me the better I know how to direct myself and a leader is like their main job is direct themselves but you have to get feedback somewhere and so the most powerful feedback is those that watch you that that work with you that are surrounding you that're in the Departments around you and if you're not willing to ask for that that actually shows me someone's in experience you being able do things on your own I feel like that's like a level one leader being able to collaborate with other people to do things even better because you've gotten their feedback that's like a level five leader
