we could not for the life of us get anyone to work for this guy we had somebody in the portfolio who had a really fantastic business unfortunately every interview he had all I heard from everyone was the same word they said this guy's an arrogant it wasn't until that happened that I was like you know what this is real the question that I had asked myself is how long will it take to untrain his arrogance and I don't have time to wait in order to the market that was the biggest impediment to him growing his business
