this is the schedule that I stick to because I get the most done doing it what you don't get done is when you have a meeting then 30 minutes have a meeting 30 minutes all you're doing is like snacking grabbing a soda going to the bathroom scrolling in you're not getting anything done and so instead what I suggest people do is have your meetings back to back and schedule them from the bottom up it's much more efficient because you're getting way more done in a condensed period of time and you're eliminating gaps so you constantly just offer people the last meeting of the day slot and you work your way back up so that any maker work you have or any big things you need to get done you can do in the morning
