we have work to do the brand is always going to grow so fast but like we have to build all this infrastructure to make our vision come to life and it's going to be work and people are have to change I just know how hard it is and I think what hit me was like we have so many people in our company are so they strive for such excellence and they're self-proclaimed perfectionists and that concerns me because when you're trying to grow something if you have a lot of people who are perfectionists it is incredibly painful cuz they're fighting with reality constantly why are all these problems we need to slow down we shouldn't do it no this is wrong you did this wrong no it's not wrong it's business and this is what happens like the more successful you are the more problems you have and I have experience that firsthand you know I wanted the team to hear that message cuz they all are kind of like that when they have problems they have a hard time contextualizing them
