two months ago I was I made a big cut and I was like this person in a very prominent role but like completely wrong for the company and I gave them every chance I gave them all the training and I put them through all the things and I was as clear as possible and they knew that they were on the line and then when I did it I was like I was working overtime for a couple weeks you know I had every single amount of discretionary effort until the moment I went to bed doing work but it only lasts for like a couple weeks and then you solve it you get somebody new in you distribute the responsibilities right and so I just think it's never as bad as you think when you do that thank you hm
