who do you build the deepest relationships with in your life is it the people where everything's always going well and you never have to write or wrong every time you mess up with a customer you have an opportunity to turn that angry customer into a raving fan oh no no no that's not how you do it you take people who are not mad at you and turn them into raving fans no when they made a mistake they handled it in a way that showed their true character and you gained more respect for them so what these events can do is they can actually accelerate the trust within the relationship because they show you who you are what you value and your true self versus is if you don't have the opportunity to show that it takes that much longer for someone to build trust with you
